Washington Custom Home Builders Who Push the Limits

Building a home is a huge deal, and we don’t think you should have to compromise your vision due to premade home plans or contractors who don’t listen. We pride ourselves on pushing the boundaries of what we can do for you. Your dream home is our standard.

With 15+ years of operational mastery in the construction trenches and proud membership in the Olympia Master Builders, Capitol Custom Construction manages your ground-up residential build from site excavation and foundation prep and architectural & structural design through framing, roofing, siding, and interior finishes.

Experienced Contractors: Capitol Custom Construction is made up of contractors who have many years of experience in new home construction across Tumwater, Olympia, Lacey, and Western Washington.
Clear Communication: We believe success stems from communication. Your vision, timelines, and plans will be clearly discussed and agreed on.
High Safety and Quality Standards: Our goal is to build homes that look good and stand the test of time. Our contractors are trained on the highest safety and quality standards so that your new home construction project goes smoothly and the foundations of your home last.

Plan & Execute: The 4-Phase Custom Build

You can expect clear communication, expert consultation, and strategic planning to ensure your vision is executed. We offer advice, answer questions, and guide you through every phase of the home-building process:

Phase 01 — The Archaeology (Feasibility & Site Prep): We dig into your vision, parcel zoning, soils, utilities, and budget. No surprises later because we do the heavy lifting upfront.
Phase 02 — The Spec (Design & Permitting): Every detail is mapped. Materials, timelines, engineering, and digital blueprints are locked in and permitted.
Phase 03 — The Grind (Execution): Construction begins with real-time updates and radical transparency. You see what we see.
Phase 04 — The Handover: We walk the site, verify every specification, and hand over the keys to your new custom icon.
